The Wood Agency is hiring former first responders and law enforcement for 100% remote, commission-based 1099 whole life insurance sales. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Longmont, CO area and beyond.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who've requested information about life insurance coverage
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations by phone or video
• Listen to each client's situation before explaining any whole life options
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through underwriting
• Stay with clients through the full relationship — including benefit claims
• Attend weekly team calls and participate in call reviews to sharpen your approach
