North Las Vegas, NV operations and management professionals: The Wood Agency is hiring experienced licensed life insurance agents for independent, commission-based work across 43 carriers. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving the North Las Vegas, NV area and all 50 states within your licensing. If a captive or limited-carrier environment is restricting what you can offer, this independent-contractor model puts you in control of your client relationships and your results.

What you'll actually do

• Hold coverage conversations with clients across term life, whole life, final expense, IUL, and annuities
• Match clients to the right product from a 43-carrier portfolio — not one company's lineup
• Help clients complete applications and guide them through underwriting
• Stay with clients through the full relationship, including benefit claims
• Participate in weekly team calls and continue sharpening your process
• Work across all 50 states as your licensing allows
