This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Slidell, LA area — you'll coordinate client conversations, navigate financial planning, and advocate for families' real needs, all from wherever works best for you. This is a commission-based 1099 role, not a salaried position.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and schedule one-on-one coverage conversations
• Ask the right questions to understand each family's financial situation and goals
• Explain how indexed universal life products can help families build long-term value
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through underwriting
• Stay with families past the sale — The Wood Agency serves through benefit claims, not just sign-up
• Mentor newer agents if you choose to build a team; your pay comes from your own client sales
