• Schedule and hold protection conversations by phone or video
• Understand each client's situation and explain mortgage protection options clearly
• Help clients complete applications and stay with them through underwriting
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-up — no one will do this for you
• Join weekly team calls to sharpen your process alongside a small, active team
