What you'll actually do

• Consult with families on term life, whole life, final expense, or IUL based on their real situation
• Set your own hours, work your own leads, and own your results without management overhead
• Present coverage options across 43 carriers — you're consulting, not pitching one thing
• Handle applications and follow clients through underwriting without handing them off
• Stay available through the full policy life, including benefit claims
• Show up to weekly team calls and call reviews to stay sharp and connected
